Inbound: post campaign briefs to the creator marketplace and let 1M+ opt-in influencers apply directly. The inbound marketplace is Aspire's biggest differentiator -- most platforms only offer outbound search, which means you're always doing the reaching out. The catch is vetting. Marketplace applicants vary in quality. Some creators apply broadly without reading campaign briefs, and some have engagement metrics that don't hold up under scrutiny. Use Aspire's audience analysis tools to check for fake followers and mismatched demographics before approving anyone. The AI recommendation engine helps surface better matches over time as you run more campaigns, but expect manual screening for your first few rounds.
